Census Road Tour coming to Hartsville

The Census Road Tour is coming to Hartsville.
The Census 2010 regional “Portrait of America” road vehicle will make a stop at Pride Park on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to noon. The park is located on the corner of South Sixth Street and Marion Avenue.
The Charlotte region’s road tour vehicle, dubbed “Founders,” kicked off its South Carolina tour Jan. 23 in Gaffney.
Area residents are encouraged to stop by and visit. The vehicle features GPS technology, informational exhibits and census giveaways plus an opportunity for individuals to have their message added to future “Portrait of America” stops.
