The parade planners had a really tough time with the weather this year; the Good Living Marketplace could be moved, but the many participants that rented floats could not, and many had obligations the other weekends.
There was some talk in the wee hours of the morning to back the time up to noon when it would be clear weather…but, the float rental companies had another parade in NC later that very same day. So, after some scrambling, the “show went on”.

I actually took it with a web cam my video camera SD port is messed up I also have a Nikon Coolpix it would have been better if the weather would have been better. I film with my web cam all the time it has a place to put on a tri-pod. I also posted the pictures of youtube.com
