I tried the Bark Stop on my neighbors dog. It has the silent noise that Jimmy referred to that is suppose to make a barking dog uncomfortable. The dogs kept barking so it was not worth the money. Maybe the device didn’t work but how is a human suppose to check if you can’t hear the sound in the first place?
That sounds much like those devices that run rodents and bugs out of the house - the apparently make some sort of ultrasonic noise that is irritating to the beasts.
Bark Stop seems to be designed like a fishing lure. I was once told by a fisherman that fishing lures are designed and packed to catch more fisherman than fish.
Consider yourself caught. A good blast of ammonia might be more effective on the dog, and it doesn’t hurt them.
