Downtown Hartsville Holiday Open House

On November 19th, 2009, merchants in downtown Hartsville will be open until 9pm for holiday shopping!! There will also be sidewalk caroling, dancers, refresments, musicians, Santa & Mrs. Claus and more! Hosted by Hartsville Downtown Development Association!
