Hartsville Halloweeen celebration moved

From the city of Hartsville: Due to the inclement weather, the Halloween Carnival scheduled at Byerly Park TONIGHT, Oct. 28th at 6 p.m., has been moved to the Coach T. B. Thomas Sports Center gymnasium. Please make a note of this if you are planning to attend.
