I never tried that one.  I thought the worst thing to drink back in the 70s was Mad Dog 20/20.  It definitely was not worth the buzz.  It made a pretty good marinade for steaks, though.

WOW, there are some memories of that era I wish I didn’t remember, and Hop N Gator is one of them. Most of the mornings after I couldn’t remember anything anyway, and was sick as a dog all day. I never tried MD 20/20, but I was a fan of Boone’s Farm Wine. Anybody remember that? I guess back then some people would consume anything they could get. Today I an a little more selective on my wines. If it doesn’t cost more that $6 bucks per bottle I don’t touch it. Cheers

That brings back memories, or maybe not.I can’t remember. The things we would do when we were younger and handle the “morning after”.

The absolute worst beer was any brewed and consumed whilst stationed in Korea-the formaldahyde(sp) was simply awful.  The best was any brewed and consumed in the State of Bavaria, Germany.

Currently, on Fridays Bubba and I stop for a draft PBR on the way home at a local pub.
