My two favorite places in Hartsville are Louchi’s and Southern Candy Kitchen. My father was the best Italian Chef ever! The food at Louchi’s is very, very good and the sauces are the most authentic I’ve tasted since childhood. Louchi’s gets 4 1/2 stars!
Southern Candy Kitchen is classic! The atmosphere can only be surpassed by Wrigley Field. It is one of a kind! I hope they do a light remodeling job because perfection is hard to beat.

I really don’t know if Louchi’s is authentic or not. It taste great and that is what matters. I know Rancho is not authentic, but that doesn’t stop me from liking their food.

The best Mexican place is that one on the outskirts of town in that cinder block building. They may bring your food out one plate at a time. So by the time the first person is done eating the last person finally gets their food. That place is good.
