New ATM at SPC

I went by SPC earlier today and went to the new ATM they have while I guess the other one is being serviced, and I tired like 5 times to put my PIN in and every time it told me I had the wrong PIN. I left after getting aggravated and went to the one over by Wal-mart and it worked fine. Is this new ATM not programed or something? Am I the only one having this problem?
