Second floor above the Hartsville Pawn shop on Carolina

Iv noticed recently all the work being done to the second floor of the building above the Pawn shop on Carolina down from the Midnight Rooster and Bow Tai Kitchen. Is the second floor being turned into apartments? I have not heard anything about them and was curious.

They will be apartments for Coker College students.  About 20-25 students.
