Sonoco Letting off steam

I live near sonoco off of North fifth street and iv notices over the last couple of months that Sonoco lets go of there steam between 10pm and 1 am A LOT. This wouldent be a problem if it dident wake me up but it does and its really loud. Is there a reason Sonoco does this so late at night? Is there a number I can call to complain?
