The old Goodys building

I road past the old Goodys building the other day and noticed all the work they are doing to the building. I was in Dollar tree and I asked one of the cashiers if she knew what they were doing and she told me they were constructing the one big building into smaller buildings for small businesses. I’m not whether this is true or not but I would like to find out. I love getting new things in Hartsville. Does anyone know?

I’ve been told that Dollar Tree is expanding into the larger store to have full grocery store with frozen and cold food section.
