Traffic Light on 5th and carolina

For the last month the traffic light at the intersection of 5th street and Carolina has been broke. The light on 5th street next to the YMCA has a courtesy light at always comes on whether anyone is there or not and its holding up traffic on the other side of the street. I’m thinking this light needs to be fixed. I don’t know who to call or have someone look at it so I figured someone on here might.
I am so glad they finally fixed it.
